Rachel serves as trial team counsel for multi-million-dollar TCPA class action defense and litigated a complex shareholder derivative action involving the sale of multiple animal hospitals. She has also conducted multi-day defamation arbitrations, resulting in favorable judgments for her clients. Her successful track record extends to helping clients reach favorable out-of-court resolutions across diverse practice areas.
Rappaport v. Scherr, 322 S.3d 138 (Fla. 3d DCA): Rachel helped secure a favorable appellate ruling that reversed a judgment in favor of a minority shareholder in a derivative action. The court confirmed that Florida was a "universal demand" jurisdiction, establishing important precedent for minority shareholder litigation.
