Amber Fabian focuses her practice on business litigation matters. She brings a sharp analytical mind and a strategic approach to complex commercial disputes, helping clients navigate challenging legal scenarios with confidence and precision.
Amber earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she developed a strong interest in litigation and served on the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Her legal education provided a solid foundation for her litigation practice and demonstrated her commitment to excellence in advocacy.
Before joining the firm, Amber interned for the Honorable Judge Jacqueline Becerra of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. This prestigious clerkship experience provided her with invaluable insights into federal litigation and judicial perspectives on legal matters.
She also held positions with a South Florida law firm and the legal department of an international fitness company, where she further strengthened her analytical skills and gained exposure to a variety of in-house legal matters. This diverse experience across different practice settings has equipped her with comprehensive understanding of both traditional law firm practice and corporate legal operations.
